



D-3 Youth Sports Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness D-3 Youth Sports Training Program introduces sport-specific training in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. This program stresses body awareness, proper running mechanics, safe strength training techniques, flexibility, and injury prevention. This program is also guaranteed to improve athleticism in all youth sports.
D-2 Middle School Sports Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness D-2 Middle School Sports Training Program prepares the young athletes for next level athleticism. In this program, athletes learn & perform more advanced sport-specific training techniques to increase strength & decrease injury. Recommended to all athletes in middle school and entering middle school. This also prepares them for our D-1 training program and high school athletics.
D-1 High School Sports Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness D-1 High School Sports Training Program is modeled after a division 1 college strength and conditioning program. All athletes are placed on training programs and cycles based on the sport specific to their particular needs. More advanced programs are offered but not recommended for those who do not want to be challenged.
College Sports Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness College Sports Training Program is designed to help college athletes achieve personal goals as well as staying in shape for their specific sport.
Professional Sports Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness Professional Sports Training Program is designed to push professional athletes to their maximum potential in their sport, as well as prepare them for their future careers.
Adult Fitness Training Program
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness Adult Fitness Training Program is focused on unlocking the athlete inside of us all. Adults participate in age appropriate, athletic style lifts combined with a fun environment to achieve personal goals.
Private & Semi-Private Training Program
