Program Details:
The Gorilla Strength and Fitness Adult Fitness Training Program is focused on unlocking the athlete inside of us all. Adults participate in age appropriate, athletic style lifts combined with a fun environment to achieve personal goals.

3-4 individuals / semi group rate $25 /hour (per person)
Session Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes)
