Adult Fitness Training Program

Program Details:

     The Gorilla Strength and Fitness Adult Fitness Training Program is focused on unlocking the athlete inside of us all.  Adults participate in age appropriate, athletic style lifts combined with a fun environment to achieve personal goals.

Days & Times:

  • Mondays (Jess Baker) @ 6:00 PM

  • Wednesday (Jess Baker) @ 6:00 PM

  • Tuesday and Thursday (with Jess Baker) @ 8:00 AM

  • Wednesday and Friday (with Natalie Bigelow) @ 8:30 AM

  • Saturday (with Jacob Hill) @ 8:00 AM

 

Training Details:

  •      Diet

  •      Flexibility Training

  •      Functional Strength Training

  •      Plyometrics/Explosion Training

  •      Fundamentals of Olympic Lifting

  •      Conditioning

  •      Running Form/Speed Mechanics

  •      Core/Balance

  •      Agility

  •      Injury Prevention

Session Rates:

  • 3 sessions per week @ $140 per month

  • 2 sessions per week @ $125 per month

  • Drop in workouts @ $15 per session

  • Seniors $80 per month

Personal Training Rates :

  • Individuals $40 /hour

  • individuals $300 for 8 sessions 

  • 3-4 individuals / semi group rate $25 /hour (per person)

    

Session Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes)
